Gabriela is a third year undergraduate student at the University of Texas at Austin studying to earn a Bachelor’s of Art in Psychology and an Elements of Computing Program certificate. She is currently working as a research assistant in the CLIMB Lab and is interested in the ways in which natural language, specifically on social media platforms, can reveal emotions and psychological states, as well as how it can predict human behavior. She seeks to pursue a PhD or Masters degree in Cyber Psychology after graduation and to continue on as a researcher in the field.
